Boston Pizza - Beaumont

With a group of 8 we were not allowed to reserve ahead. Waitress clearly was new someone should have been assisting as our orders were not correct and we had to wait numerous times for simple requests. Good was ok

We just had lunch here and man o man Boston pizza we want to like you but you make it so so hard. One of our orders was the pizza lunch special 12.99) and unfortunately I paid the bill before checking it to find out we were charged 19.99. When we brought it to the servers attention, she checked and due to a “glitch in the system” we were unable to get a refund but we were offered a dessert. Combine this with the sub par food and it makes for a pretty unenjoyable experience. I get covid restrictions are tough but in order for us to return in the future you have to do better than this:

I find that Boston Pizza has become to ordinary, lacks pizzaz and is way too expensive. There is better Pizza in town without the price for delivery. TBH, I don't go there for the social life; just for the food.

Worst ever. We ordered a beef dip with 2 beef dip sauce. Both delivered upside down with order. We called to the manager and she sent another half full because the lid was not put on correctly and the other half was in the bag it came in. The beef was all gristle. Boston pizza Beaumont AB used to have great beef dips and always great delivery. The last couple no more.. We’ll no longer complain. This was a delivery order.

Grandson and I visited on Friday night after our outing. This was his choice. We had pizza. He had a cheese pizza and I had a pepperoni pizza. Both pies were good. The service was fine and there were lots of TV screens to keep us busy while we waited. We thought the pizzas were fine but just average.
