Starbucks - Beaumont

I usually love these starbucks. I order several times a week without problems, but toddy, as I wait for my breakfast order I watched them not use gloves and touch my food without gloves... I will definitely never order breakfast with my coffee again

Start going to different locations. You can't make orders right here and eat slowly. Besides, they seem to try to correct my order...

I'm biased. Starbucks is a good coffee. Of course, nothing beats a home brew setup, but great taste (and espresso) for the jump.

Friendly staff! I sometimes come here to do something about my computer. They are always busy, busy, but the crew always finds a way to make the Wraith worthwhile.

I usually have an amazing experience with Starbuck workers but this time I had a customer representative named Mia who was very dismissive towards me for absolutely no reason . I ordered my usual Iced Chai Latte with a pump of vanilla and pumpkin cold foam on top and a bacon Gouda sandwich , she seemed really annoyed that I asked for my sandwich to be toasted a little longer so the middle won’t be cold. Even as I was ordering she was hurrying me along . I’ve never liked to report anyone because I work in the server industry as well but there is no reason to treat a customer like they are a nuisance, one thing to learn working at places is to treat others with kindness no matter the circumstance you never know if a simple gesture of goodwill could pull someone back from over the edge .
