McDonald's - Beaumont

I had 1 bad experience in driving thru it took too long my order on a day shift, but others than that the workers are polite, especially the managers they smile and are friendly, the interior was clean when you only wish the bathroom had something to do for the kids, they love this McDonald's and my food is always hot

As soon as I go through the ride, I wait for I didn't have to wait

Came through the ride thru and ordered our meal. We checked the order before we went out of habit and something was wrong, so we went back through the drive thru to let them know. They reimbursed what was wrong, found the order, accused us correctly and sent us on our happy path. Honestly, management was super polite and patient with us about the situation and we had no single problem. I definitely come back. If something is wrong with your order, let them know.

The new manger of this location raised the standards for McDonalds at 1 point I didnt eat there at all but i went in there today and stayed almost 3 hours eating and talking with the works and manger. IM NOT the type of person to work in fast food but she made me want to work FOR HER!!

It's nice to treat yourself to some McDonald's every now and then, but this trip was regrettable. It took almost thirty minutes to get through the drive thru and once I got my food the fries were cold and unsalted. Talk about a bummer. My crispy chicken sandwich was delicious, however. I'll try this location once again and the fries better be right next time!
