Auberge St Roch - Beaumes-de-Venise

Wonderful little restaurant that doesn't pay for mine, but when you see and taste the plates, you don't come back! I ate an extraordinary octopus of tenderness, finesse of taste and perfume. It's my must-see address when I go down to get wine in the area.
