Accidentally delivered to the wrong address (collective error that Amazon and USV have also committed). The owner was professional, apologetic and repaired everything. The food is always good at any Jimmy Johns, but I was impressed by the real customer service at this especially. The staff will be personally invested in their product. I'm often back.

First it's Jimmy John, so it's a great fast sandwich. I went into this situation 8 minutes before closing on a Sunday, I know makes me an idiot. They didn't deliver today when I tried to order, so I'm waiting for my staff with whom I'm on my way to be ready to go so we can go up here. I went in, I apologised, they didn't complain at all, even though they cleaned up for the night. Great customer service!

Just the reason I didn't have 5 stars for Atmosphere was because it's still fast food. But the food was delicious and the counterpart was so helpful
