Ihop - Beaufort

We had a 2-egg breakfast, crispy bacon, rye toast, hash brown and coffee. Service was attentive and pleasant. The time from order to our meal was acceptable. The only reason I gave this rating is a 4-star because my hash browns saw boiled, but were cold, I did not eat them, a bite and pushed aside. Otherwise, the rest of the meal was OK-Eggs hot and the bacon was crispy as I had ordered.

Emily was waiting for my daughter last February. She was friendly, polite and very fast. My daughter wanted to come here so hesitantly. We both decided that we wanted breakfast, that it was served quickly and everything was prepared as we wanted. All the staff we contacted were very friendly. I'm not a big fan of Dennys or iHop types, but I was very happy with the service and food preparation. I'm sorry I forgot to take photos because they looked food as good as it tasted!

On holiday and gladly we choose this place for breakfast. Many options to choose. Clean plant. Wonderful, helpful, pleasant staff. Notes, they also worked together, rarely seen in many places. Thanks for the exceptional service. We're coming back!

On 4.23.22 at 10:30, my wife, my son and myself decided to enjoy IHOP. There are a number of people coming in. The hostess however took responsibility and began to sit every one in a few minutes. She wore us the rear corner. It was no surprise that they were short staff (where there is a lack of staff, so patience goes a long way) so I expected a few Hiccups here and there. We were greeted by our waitress Danielle. Very friendly and professional. When she had all the right reasons to be upset, she wasn't at all. She waited for seven tables that were pretty much on it. She did everything with a friendly smile and didn't let her cool. She took every drink order at the same time that no one has anything to wait for. It came back in a few minutes with everyone drinks/coffee/water at the same time. She placed them all on a table nearby and started handing them out. It was like it was a big party of 25 people. Everyone's order at the same time, so no one would feel out. It was polite. Very attentive. This waitress could have used the excuse that we are short employees to demonstrate a bad attitude. Instead, she made us all welcome. Believe me we've been with many IHOPS and that wasn't the case! IHOP is very happy to have someone like Danielle in their team. She is definitely a blessing! Thank you. Danielle for my family feel great! The seeds you now will harvest a great and abundant harvest!!

Tonight we had an amazing young man as our server. I didn't catch his name, but I'm sure his shift can be checked. He was respectful, in time asked if we need something during our meal. Food was great!
