For Christmas, with a little delay, I thought I was going to leave a review of the hotel-restaurant where I worked for several summer and winter seasons, for 5 years now. It is confirmed, my internship will prevent me from returning to work this summer. So I would like to publicly thank all the Grand-Mont team for their kindness and energy and I think that this opinion may be able to help a hesitant client. It’s true that the hotel doesn’t really need publicity (I’ve seen by myself as attendance is important in the middle of the season) but if at least this message can make my boss smile, the only one for which I was ready to do overtime with the smile, then I would have succeeded my gift Going to the Grand-Mont is going to meet a deeply human team where everyone is talking. And if sometimes we get tired and take the beak, it’s always to find the best way to maximize the customer’s satisfaction, and it’s in my opinion much better than the too large chain hotel teams where the military organization leaves room for exchange and mutual assistance. Going to the Grand-Mont is also eating well, very well. Believe me when you are seasonal and you stay at a place for 4 months without being able to go home, the risks of getting tired of food are great. For me it was never the case, the meals were so good that the simple sound of the bell tower managed to make me hungry. Finally going to the Grand-Mont is very good to sleep. If my bed for the staff is so comfortable that I have difficulty getting out of it in the morning, I don’t even imagine those of the guests. And then if you're afraid of the bell right next door, know that my window was piled underneath and that the noise suffocated by the windows wasn't enough to wake me up in the morning. I end this review by thanking my boss always smiling and polite. A patron who participates in the service, who knows how to be welcoming in all circumstances and who is able to say “please” but above all “thank you” at every end of service, it is rare today. Thanks also to her mother and grandmother who sometimes chipotent (it’s a euphemism) but still in the client’s interest. I have already been sent back to the kitchen because there were only 2 cups instead of 3 in decor on the edge of a plate, if this is not proof that we take care of the customer I don’t know what it takes They gave me the motivation to provide rigorous and effective work, which gave me the taste of the work well done. Thanks also to the chefs cuistos. The chiefs are often the people we fear when we work in restoration, those who cry all the time, despise the servers and leave while leaving everything in bulk after the service. In the Grand-Mont it is all the opposite. Already they don't shout they speak loud, nuance But joke besides they are always respectful, take the time to answer questions and do not hesitate to give a hand to get rid of the clean plates that accumulate to the dip. Thanks to the waitresses with whom we laugh well but especially with whom we constantly help each other even if we each have a "sector". They do not take advantage of their time to play the haughty chiefs but to give advice and anticipate our potential mistakes, and every time they finish their service they pass through the dive to say good evening and good courage to the diver who ends later. And finally, thanks to the women of rooms who always keep a smile despite a very physical and repetitive work. It was great to work with you, so much that I sometimes wanted to come and help you during my holidays when I met you when I was going out to walk. A very nice welcome has been reserved for us. I rented 2 bedrooms, a pleasant stay. Breakfast, everything I need, I'm dirty, sweet children, we've made hearty breakfast. We took a very good dinner table, the pie with delicious beauty, or the omelette with good luck for me, a treat, I had never eaten such a good omelette. I recommend, I booked a room for next week.

This restaurant is wonderful! The products are exceptional and of quality, the welcome is warm and the perfect service! We ate there twice in two days, and it was every time perfect! Thanks and next year
