Texas Roadhouse Bear

Customer service was really good. The rolls and cinnamon butter were as good as ever. We have some appetizers and they were all really good. They came out nice and hot and came out very quickly. The Cheeseburger was very good. The flesh was tender and juicy and well done as I asked. The fries were not as crispy as I wanted, but they still tasted good. The pickle was beautiful and crisp and was very good.

Disappointed that I had to send my steak back because it was overcooked. I rarely ordered medium and it came medium well. The experience is somehow ruined, you know, the secondary dishes are only finished when the steak came. Apart from that, the food was good. Service was good.

I was completely spoiled by this restaurant and its usual 5 service. It is practically impossible for anyone, even TRH, to offer the best of every day of each employee. that said I've always been the person to look past small fractures, but that's what my Britches just burned. I wrote this at least week, but forgot to post now, this week I am child for a special need, so out to order us sometimes difficult. I wanted a baked potato and a salad, but when I arrived at 9:45, the place was locked in and the girls were going, no orders would be accepted. What? I went before business clear states open until 10:00. when this store opened, I wait here and let the people go at 9:59 that we sit and serve the BEST food. Place has definitely lowered it standards so I need to lower yours even if you choose to use this place.

Ordered online today and a pickup time of 5:15. When I was there, they said it was a few minutes. I waited 30 minutes and asked how much longer and she said I was waiting for roles. 15-20 minutes before I get my food. All I ordered was two salads and rolls. Also a person who ordered to go to the window got her food before I ever got mine. I understand it's mother? Day and me? It doesn't matter to wait a few minutes, but over an hour for an order I made online was ridiculous. When I came home, the salads were so small and I was so disappointed by the amount of salad we were given.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! I will definitely go back there again!
