This is now effectively a carry-out place, and is nothing like the pictures on here. There is a table where you could sit but I wouldn't call it a restaurant. The food was ok though.

I never would have expected it, but we found high-quality, authentic Indian cuisine on the outskirts of County Mayo. The food was very good and I recommend making a reservation in advance. The service was friendly, despite the unassuming appearance of the restaurant. The naan bread was particularly delicious and the Vindaloo had a fantastic level of spiciness. However, the Korma was just average and a bit watery.

I can only speak to the Indian cuisine at this restaurant, as I am not a fan of other fast food options. In my opinion, this place surpasses many of the fancier Indian restaurants in Ireland. While the decor could use some updating, do not be deceived by appearances. My family and I have been ordering takeout here for the past two years since it was recommended to us. After a long drive to our holiday home in Belmullet, there is nothing more satisfying and delicious than their food. The quality is excellent and the staff are welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited Salmans on a Saturday evening and sat in for dinner. Menu ranges from burgers to kebabs to Indian cuisine. The food was prepared to order. It was piping hot. There was plenty of it. The man who served us was friendly and brought us out extra chips even though we did not ask for them. It's not your typical menu for a take away but it was well worth the visit. The place looks a bit run down but don't be fooled by its appearance. If you are looking for a reasonably priced take away with Indian options this is the place.
