Robeks Fresh Juices Smoothies

This review is only for the new avocado toast on the menu. The displayed ad shows a large portion, and abundant avocado. It is questionable whether the cost of $6.99 is appropriate based off the ad. However, I felt it was worth a try. I was sadly disappointed. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, just view my attached photo. The portion is ridiculously small. Probably as big as a standard slice of Italian bread. The bread was dry. And the avocado portion was minuscule for the price. This should have been priced at $3.99. And that?s being generous. This in no way reflects on everything else on the menu, as I go there often and haven?t been disappointed otherwise. Just this new toast menu is a joke. Don?t buy it. I?m telling you, it ain?t worth it. Check out the photo.

Used to be a great spot. Last two times I was in it took over 30 min to get my order.. 15 of those minutes were spent waiting at the register and I was the only one in line. Everyone else was waiting. Seems understaffed since only two workers were in charge of taking orders, making drinks and food. I have tried mobile before but my drink modifications hike up the price for simple subs of milk choices or protein choices. People waiting on mobiles we?re also experiencing the same problems.

I placed an online order for 2 smoothie bowls to pick up at 6:11pm. I arrived at about 6:15pm just to give a little time as I have never had any problems ordering online. I walked in saw 4 workers no one acknowledged me at the pick up counter so I waited and waited, saw several people come in to order and got their items right away (doesn?t make sense for me to use online if I have to wait until non online customers are taken care of). At about 6:30pm still nothing. It seems like this location has went down tremendously as there are too many kids and they don?t have any customer service skills at all. They were all huddled in the back. Finally at about 6:35pm someone came and asked what was my name and by then I was ready to cancel but she assured me she would fix it. She was very apologetic however the damage was done?.not to mention I saw a male making a smoothie all while digging in his eye how disgusting?I will never go back to this location and I work right down the street. How sad.

While the drinks may be tasty, the straw is too thin to let the fruit through. We stopped for a healthy drink while traveling through and spent $24 on drinks that are so difficult to drink!! Get better straws or blend the drinks better!!

The food is good here but the customer service and experience sucks. I went in today (06/04/2022) and there were 2 people standing in line while about 7 employees ignored them. No one said hello to us and there was a worker at the cash register, but she did not take orders. She was just standing there working on something while we were in line. She pretended like we were invisible and she didn?t even have the courtesy to say, ?Sorry. We?re backed up right now. We?ll be with you in a moment.? She just stood there doing nothing. One person in line left and said this is ridiculous. It took about 20 minutes to make a smoothie and an Açaí bowl for me. It is always like this here. This used to be a good place. I don?t know what happened. Some of these employees look like they do not want to be there and some of the male employees walk around with their underwear showing. No one wants to see dirty underwear around food. This place has officially went ghetto. This is my last time here. I have no idea how these type of people find work. They?re only hurting the brand because no one wants to put up with this.
