Whataburger - Baytown

Worst whataburger experience of my life. I noticed they messed my breakfast order up once I got home no big deal so I go back and inform them. I understand breakfast ends at 11 so for me offering a refund or a replacement meal since breakfast is overseems logical but instead the genius of a manager suggested you come back tomorrow during breakfast and get it remade . Atwhich point I asked for a refund since it was not offered to me and was given one. I suggest a retrain in customer recoverybecause that 's poor. Amazing service! I put in a $300 order at 11:30 thinking for sure during lunch hour it would take longer than the time they quoted but no, they had everything out in record time. On top of that all the employees were kind and helpful and made sureeverything was right. I was blown away.

Just wish I could figure out the app to order for curbside delivery! Not everything bought needs to be a meal! My simple brain can't figure out how to not order a meal ???? Food was good, customer service was excellent, wait time varies each time you gothrough the drive thru.

I dont eat whataburger hardly ever, but from the time from ordering to the time I get my food was very pleasant. ALWAYS respectful people taking my order (drive thru). The service is fast and food delish!Parking: Plenty of parking!
