Saltgrass Steak House - Baytown

Our experience started out great but right before our meal came out we were forced to move tables into a crowed dining room because a private party was coming in and they apparently took priority over us.Then when my steak came out it was under cooked.The manager simply shrugged his shoulders and said they shouldn't have sat us there and walked away.The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the server was attentive and the restaurant was clean.

The whole experience was excellent. Just what we needed.

Phenomenal service, delicious food, great atmosphere!The manager on duty was terrific and kind- help out with food not to our liking and was nothing but polite. Our waitress was amazing and quick with drinks, extras and so on!

My family and I are members of the Saltgrass rewards club. The waitstaff was very knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful,The atmosphere was very pleasant . I ordered the Mixed Grill and was very disappointed. The vegetables were burnt, salmon over cooked -dry and look like a chicken strip. I should have notified the manager but I didn't because usually I'm very satisfied with everything.
