Bidrage med feedbackIt was on a very nice sunny day strolling around the river that we saw they were doing Paella there. We decided to give it a try and sat outside. It ended up being a very good choice. The paella was really good, with gambas, calamars, chicken, chorizo, peppers. All the usual suspects! The service was also good.
Fresh products, I loved the exotic salad (vocado, shrimp, orange, .. with olive oil of andalousie and a careful service
We had ham, cheese and bread, and chorizos. 3 of us ran out of bread immediately. Never got their attention again- she had already left the bill.
We sat down just after 6 and ordered drinks. We wanted to eat some tapas but were told that 'food' was from 7.20 minutes later people were receiving tapas, we grabbed attention from another girl and they were indeed available. On question to walk us through the types available, she instead walked off to get us a menu. Which is OK, but for the fact she never returned with a menu. The other waiters seemingly ignored the empty drinks (it was already 7 now) so we decided to get up to pay and eat elsewhere.Sometimes in France you get the feeling that when you speak English people are genuinely scared to communicate with you! French people around did seem to get a different service.
Salads are well prepared, delicious and especially copied! hot tapas cassolettes with seafood are excellent: good cooking of calamars.
