Houlihan's Bayonne

Loved how clean and quiet it was. Made a reservation, early afternoon on Sunday. The table was ready when we arrived. They didn't acknowledge that it was a birthday celebration, even though I specified this in the instructions. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to the birthday person if they at least brought a piece of cake with a candle. Food was just ok. But this depends on what you like. Coffee was cold. Cocktails were delicious! They had pizza on the kids menu but no longer serve pizza. I feel like in today's world, it's hard for restaurants to be on top again as they don't have enough staff and it reflects in the quality of food and service. If you like this place, that's awesome, continue supporting them! If you haven't been there, go! Im sure there is something on the menu just for you.

Overall it was nice but the pitcher of sangria was lacking. No fruit and had a weird taste. The staff did nothing to correct this, disappointed.

I want to acknowledge that this Christmas experience was 100% better than my Thanksgiving experience. The food was amazing, the service was top-notch. We were able to relax and enjoy our beverages, apps, entrees, and dessert. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in your restaurant.

Out with friends before holidays! Houlihans is our go to spot! Food is hot, delicious and made to order! Wait staff always prompt courteous and on point!!!!
