Bidrage med feedbackI can here after a long day. Wanting to get food for my son and myself. I made a order that was very simple. Once I got to the second window they where handing me my food AND I asked to the person at the window IS IT ALL HERE? She replied with a YES . Drove off and got home and started to eat mey food. Relizing that there is a few items missing!!!!!!!! I didn 't get any of my hamburgers and fries that I ordered !!! Like what!!! How do you for get to put the hamburger and fries in the bag? You DEFINITELY need another job of you forget to put the main items in the bag, after being asked if it 's all there. The worst part of it all was that I called the store and asked for a manager and was hung up on. I called back and there phone was acting like it was disconnected... purely speechless. How is a person suppose to feel after an intercounter like that, your a multi million dollar company and this is your customer service?
I just ordered through Ubereats! Missing all the drinks! Which I did try calling them probably like 30 times by now smh! And if I had a ride not so many kids I would’ve been drove there to fix it! It’s like why charge if my order wasn’t complete!
Food was made the way I ordered it the employees were nice not much else to say it's another McDonald's location lol
Food was decent my coke cola soda was real good nice and strong fries hot fish sandwich was cool
Terrible customer service by the manager! We went thru the drive thru and The guy who was taking the order took at least 5 mins to ask what we wanted. We ordered a #7 and then he asked what we wanted to drink. My daughter asked for a McFlurry. When we got to the window the lady at the window gave us our order, the McFlurry and a coke. When I told her that we ordered the McFlurry instead of the Coke she was very rude and said they don’t substitute. I told her I go there every week and get that same order and no one nor the guy at the window said anything about that when we placed the order. She continue to say they don’t substitute and said she would not give me my money back for the coke which I never asked for. And she claimed to be the manager. Her name is Gladys. Shame on her for not handling her business as a manager and not taking care of the customers needs, especially when it was literally their mistake by not telling us they don’t substitute (which was a lie).
