Lucky's Steak House - Bay City

The food was very good. Very good. But here’s the thing. This was a very simple three item order. One of the three was omitted. The hostess in their most belligerent way possible said “yeah they forgot to put it in the bag. If you still want it you can come get it.” Then started yelling at me to calm down when all I was asking was to have it taken off my card.I asked to talk with a manager. They laughed put me on hold forever. I called back. Hung up on me. No training. Negligent customer service. No oversight over front of the house. Cooks can do everything right. People who punch a clock just don’t care here apparently.

Best Steak EVER! I had the Lucky Prime Special. Cooked to perfection, just as requested! Wait staff on the ball! No complaints 10 outa 10 recommend!

Worst food around. Pre-cooked prime rib, utility grade meat, much worse food and quality than Mickey d's. Service was great but food is lousy. Never go there again.

Best wedge salad I've had anywhere. Their blue cheese dressing is to die for. They make it in house! Some of the largest kids meals I've seen anywhere. Our kids usually split one! Be sure not to fill up on the bread; that stuff is delicious too!

To return after such a long time! Food was absolutely fabulous. Not sure if it's because I am more appreciative or not, but everything was perfect and delicious. Also appreciated not being smashed in and stepping on my neighbors to move.
