Kfc - Baxter

The food and service were good. We had not been to this KFC in several years. We were very disappointed as we thought they were still a buffet.

How hard is it to put up a sign that says the lobby is closed?!

First time getting the “bowl” in the picture it looks great but what you get is about 1/2 the size, what I got tasted good and thankfully I wasn’t that hungry. My mom asked for some BBQ sauce and the manager gave it to her only after telling her it only comes with the tenders. There was a sticker on the counter advertising the sauce and she promptly removed it. I thought to myself for $28.00 I should not have to beg for a tiny bit of BBQ sauce.

We went through drive-through and ordered the fill up box. The biscuits were dark and clearly overcooked. The chicken was dry and none of our meal was hot. I called and spoke with a manager. She didn't even apologize. She said she could put my name down. Before I could give my last name she hung up the phone.

I ordered a fill up box online for a quick dinner option. I didn’t have to wait long after arriving for my food to be ready. Staff was friendly, and the inside of the restaurant and waiting area was clean. Food was great! All in all had a great experience. Will definitely be back for that fill up box…what a deal!
