Le Pontigne - Baugé-en-Anjou

We have eaten here many times, the restaurant now has a splendid garden eating zone and consistently excellent service and food. Nicely French.

A pleasant and welcoming coffee in a lovely village. Welsh are very good, but the dish of the day has better value for money. Le Pontigné is the fate of traditional café that is sadly dying out in many French villages. They serve very good crepes, but I prefer the hearty dishes of the day which are better value for money.

Delicious food and very welcoming owners. The food and service were excellant, so glad we found this little place.

What a delight to find this newly opened (25.10.18) refurbished crêperie. Upon booking, a vegetarian option was confirmed for the main course of the “plat de jour” which was specially cooked. All four of us greatly enjoyed the delicious prettily arranged food. In addition, the warm welcome from the staff chef completed a lovely experience. We will definitely return.

Excellent quality ingredients. It's worth a breeze. We'll be back!
