Alice's Family - Baudette

Breakfast here is good but a bit pricey. Overall, unsure what else to say. Give it a try and decide for yourself!

We stopped at this restaurant on our way through the area and arrived just before they closed at 2:00 pm. Our server mentioned that they were well known for their breakfast, which they served all day. I decided to try their famous Walleye sandwich, which came with a side of onion rings. The piece of fish was larger than the bun and absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the Reuben with homemade soup as a side, and it was also hot and delicious. We both enjoyed a wonderful meal and appreciated that we were not rushed to leave at closing time. The service was terrific and the food was top-notch. I highly recommend trying the Walleye if you enjoy fish.

The restaurant had excellent food, service, and atmosphere! The children thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes, my wife loved the coffee, and the country fried steak was excellent.

We just stopped in for breakfast. It was our first visit to Alice's. Our meal was delicious! My husband and I both had a pancake. They warn you that it's big, and that is NOT an understatement! It was bigger than the plate it came on, and was fluffy and delicious! We could easily have shared one. Also had ham and eggs, also perfectly cooked. Coffee also very good, with them bringing a pot to our table for refills. Reasonable prices, great service and very clean surroundings. A must stop if you're in Baudette!

Took over an hour to get an omelette that looked like it was made in some sort of press. Took almost half an hour get a glass of water. Would try somewhere next time I'm in town.
