Bidrage med feedbackI give wendys 3 because of our experience in colorado. it seems that all wendys have closed their wibbies. I almost always get my favoritesburgs, the double and my second favorites. they were excellent at any wendy’s I visited. my only problem is that they could not even allow us to use a command of the drive thru and let my 79 year old friend into the restroom. they went behind the bushes on the parking lot and we went to a mcdonald’s. as much as wendy’s my favoritesburger is, I haven’t been there since. I’m sorry, otherwise I would say 5.
By the drive thru 8/18. a car in front of me. Three people smoke outside. 13 minutes to order. 4 other cars that came after me drove away. the young with the dirty dreds in the cup window. he gave me the 1 second hand signal so he could finish his text message. to the pick-up window they had to have lost my order receipt that I tell them the order again. I've been home to find order was still wrong. I should have complained, but I never expect me to go back or the service to improve.
I stopped here because my children wanted to be wendys, I should have followed my understanding and should not be standing there! I had them to replace my food 3x the pommes and chickensuggets were cold, my burger bungalows was hard! the first 2 times the fries and nuggets was still cold and the girl on the fries tried to have a posture! the burgers were fixed, but wait for the chicken bugs and fries it warns the hottest, but still had a little warmth! but at least they finally gave me hot pommes and nuggets. the best was the sprit, at least it was right!
Long drive thru line so we went in. the bad smell hits you right away. pop spilled all the counter. frosty machine looks like it explodes. eat on the floor. hella fies? I have to say we haven't ordered and left.
Came through at 11:45 pm. It is now 12am and only one car has moved forward in line. I understand being low staffed but. My question is. Why has this employee been taking out the trash for 15 minutes, instead of helping his fellow employees who are obviously struggling. My two stars are for whoever is actually still trying to make it through the line. Help your staff and costumers. Then worry about closing.
