They must be cracking eggs in the kitchen, cause these chickens are too small to hatch! Pricing is way up but portions are very small. Chicken gets all dry and not what mr sanders advertised. Get your price, but serve a decent meal.

Aiden at the plainwell location is a very hard working guy! Very great customer service and he’s very respectful! He probably could use a raise!

Employees try to force up charges on you without giving you a choice.. Gets rude when you say no.

Never get an order right. Ordered 3pc with one side. Requested breast, wing and thigh. As always, they screw it up out here. Got 2 thighs and a leg? And 2 sides, not just one. We cannot be the only people that get the wrong order nearly all the time. This is ehy we only go there a couple times of the year. Tonight was the 1st in over 6 months. Thats it for this year!!!

The sides were great. The chicken was leathery and gross.
