These last few months I had the pleasure to meet Matt and his staff. All employees at this site really care about customer service and make your Biggby Coffee experience unique and unforgettable. They have extremely friendly and happy people who want their moto B Happy, Have Fun,Make Friends, love people and drink coffee I would recommend this location to anyone in the Battle Creek area, or somewhere for this matter. Great service, great management, all around big store! Directions: I visit regularly and create the most outstanding customer service. Today was Biggby's birthday and although they were extremely busy, both my food and beverage orders were perfect both times and I could have great conversations while waiting. Very professional and upbeat this is the best place in town I believe to have a coffee hands down!
