Starbucks - Baton Rouge

Today 6/16/22 my sister I went thru the drive thru , It was a nice guy who asked how can he help us so I ordered the tea for my sister a I asked a question about the coffee which one had the least calories ! Well then I was greeted with a girls voice saying real loud and dire so til "we don 't do calories so I then asked which coffee is better she snapped at me at that point I was upset ! I said why are you being so nasty , she then said I 'm the supervisor !!! Then she said I can refuse to serve you I was shocked at this persons horrible attitude ! I have a business 20 years never ever treated a customer this way ! She needs to be fired ! I bought coffee everyday from Starbucks never again ! They also do not wear gloves but touch the tops of the plastic containers Germs No Stars I could not post this without giving a star this is so crooked

First time I came here was before class and I waited WAY TOO LONG. I was behind a lady and there was only one young girl working. She took 20 minutes till she got to me. I am here today for the second time and again the girl and a guy are working and it has taken 25 minutes. The girl left the guy behind the counter to get plastics. They were out of matcha. I asked for OAT milk and I see him pouring 2%.... They are out of bags as well. I just think they need to work 100% faster. Please. And I work at Starbucks (another one) and I could a million x make 100 more drinks. Please be faster.

Who can say anything bad about Starbucks?! It's STARBUCKS. In Baton Rouge Albertsons. Great place

I don't go to starbucks because I'm not giving my money to a company that doesn't help our American Veterans. There Words not mine.
