The sound on the airline hwy gave me the worst experience I've ever had with a sound. I asked for a ride instead of betting on my meal. asked for an Oreo cheesecake shake and then asked for ketchup and serviettes. I gotten zets with my meal, my shake had a 1.5 inch wide hole in the middle of my shake, no cheesecake taste and just a few oreos on the floor. also did not receive serviettes or the ketchup I had asked. absolute mülldienst and will never return there.
Not from here. I went and ordered 2 drinks, a **** a normal soda. I paid my drinks and then waited 10 minutes for my drinks before I press the red button again and then made my drinks. after 5 minutes the drinks came out. the **** and the soda had both in it. we asked for a manager, he came out and we informed him about the Moldova, he didn't look shocked at all, didn't apologize for the waiting or health hazzard. When I asked for a refund, he seemed upset. I waited for my refund five minutes before I approached the restaurant doors. When he saw me, he told me that the carry was refunded on my card and when I asked for a reception, he rolled his eyes on me, turned around the already printed acknowledgement then there was me. he waited 23 minutes for 2 drinks that were not even consumed. terrible experience.
I only seem to get the shakes lately. I love strawberry with extra whip cream. They can keep the cherry, unless someone is with me who wants it ????
Sonic has the best drinks and ice hands down. However, I stopped by recently to get a cranberry limeade slush w/nerds and was given a regular cranberry slush. I didn't think to taste it until I drove off further down the road and instantly realized by how sweet it was that it wasn't what I ordered. Traffic was too heavy to turn around so I just brought it home and put it in the freezer. They normally always get my drinks right, so I didn't think to check it, so that was my fault. Either way, noone's perfect , that error wasn't enough to stop me from still ordering from them. Since then, I make sure to be sure that my order is correct before leaving.
