Cecelia Creole Bistro - Baton Rouge

This place is a really good reason to come downtown and eat. I had the Jerk Fried Chicken entree my husband had the Redfish Cecelia. Both were DELICIOUS. We shared the Pork Belly Andouille Egg Rolls appetizer and we highly recommend. Service was attentive but not overly so. Will definitely return!Food: 5/5

The food was good and it was a nice vibe. Be mindful, once you order something, you won't be able to change your order if they have begin to prepare it, even if your order hasn't left the kitchen yet.Food: 4/5

One of the best meals I've ever had. Was so good that I went back multiple times in the same week. The j chicken is simply amazing. Great atmosphere and excellent service.

Reservations are encouraged, but we were able to be seated right away. Excellent service and ambiance. Deducted stars because the kitchen couldn't prepare the chicken we wanted separately to accommodate a shellfish allergy, and we wanted to try some other things. The cornbread appetizer and filet we had was mid.

Some of the best food in town. Imaginative menu options. Who knew that j chicken and red beans and rice made a great combination?
