Kfc (tapah) - Batang Padang

I received poor service from a restaurant through my FoodPanda delivery. They got my order wrong, didn't answer my calls, and I paid more than the amount I received. If an item is unavailable, please contact the customer instead of just ignoring it. This has happened multiple times and it is unacceptable. Please improve your service and treat customers better as they are paying for it. This kind of service is bad, bad, bad!

Tday 4/5/2023 about 6.50 pm. I ordered cheesy wedges, mashed potatoes and nuggets. All three were cold and not fresh. Don't feel like eating them anymore. Maybe the management can review the readiness of the food. It a long time to get even though it was ready behind the counter.

The worst KFC service I have ever encountered. With the rudest staff at cashier. Never coming here again.

How can your mashed potato always taste weird ah? Taste sour and bitter. How long you put the mashed potato there?

The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. I came here to redeem a voucher and went straight to the counter. However, the cashier whose name ended with something like "ELINA" was extremely rude and yelled at me to order at the machine. I understand that there is a self-order machine available, but the cashier's lack of a smile and rude attitude was disappointing. The manager should take note and address this issue.
