Fotosintesa - Batam

We stayed in the guesthouse at the Karteintesa for a few days, so we tried most menus! Everything is vegan and cheap. Our favorites were the tahu crispy, the beyond burgers, and the aglio olio pasta. You also have many drinks and teas. The service is good and there is a pool next to the restaurant.

Photosintesa is a charming little sanctuary that has a cozy environment for anyone looking for a culinary experience with scenic green. The restaurant menu offers organic, healthy and delicious food. I was pleased to learn that the owner of the facility is aware that the problem of plastic pollution has taken steps to reduce plastic waste and use. Kudos to Maya and her team!
