I’ve been eating here for the past week because I took a new job in the area. I was pleased from the beginning with my burger, and I also tried their steak fingers. But then they blew my socks off with that fish plate. It was seasoned to perfection and fried to a beautiful bronzed crisp! Me and my mother stopped in this place and shared the Breakfast special, and a half order of Biscuit with Gravy. The food was brought to us cold, but we were so hungry that we did not mention it until the waitress came back, and asked us how everything was. Upon being honest about it, and telling her how cold the breakfast was, all she could offer us was an apology that she did not mean. Never been disappointed. I have ate multiple meals through the years here. Andy and the crew are always friendly and the atmosphere is cozy.

The bomb. The hamburgers were to fight for. The staff was very nice.

The best breakfast in Bastrop. Very reasonably priced. Walk-up archive window available. Made to order food. On and off street parking.
