Looking for a place to have lunch during a short trip to Bassano, we chose the Fermenteria after a quick Google search, seeing the positive reviews. In short: it definitely deserves positive reviews. Excellent food (we had the bruschetta with soft-boiled egg and tuna belly, then different first courses for each), excellent and friendly service and a price appropriate to the level of the food. Truly a nice discovery. Probably an encore
Excellent menu. Everyone in the restaurant is very kind. Overall it gives you an experience, it's not just a meal. Fair price. Worth trying and coming back.
