Overall review is due to management not wanting to rectify an error they made on my bill over charging me, even though we did what was requested. Turkey, brie and cranberry ciabatta £12. £12!!! There was the merest suggestion of turkey, even less brie. 12 English pounds for a glorified cranberry ciabatta. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1

Stayed for 3 nights. Hardly slept due to a very noisy water pump. Poor breakfast and bar snacks. No breakfast on first morning due to chef not turning in. Floors squeak. Small room for price paid. Very overated. Need to update the website. Staff however were excellent and apologetic about water pump issue. known problem which if on 1st floor rooms 4,5 and 6 you will know what I mean) Food: 1
