Fish N Chickn - Basingstoke and Deane

Don't use just eat to order from here. We placed an order for delivery at 730 pm, its now 2040 and still no delivery! Spoke to the store manager and they confirmed collection and that we needed to get hold of just eat. Absolutely useless.

Infuriating to get home for the second time to find half the order missing!!!! Once is a mistake, twice is incompetence. Living a few miles away also means eating about an hour later than planned after driving home through traffic and having to go back again to get the order re-cooked, then driving across town home again for the second time.

If the staff were as passionate about customer service as they were about their make up I'd rate good. Unfortunately, the staff let your takeaway down. I have been going there for a long time and have not reviewed before but recently the standards have dropped and tonight was awful. I will not be visiting any time soon. The food was luke warm and the staff were not at all helpful. There seemed to be a lot of them doing nothing. I have to give a score so it will be a 1. To top it off the food was luke warm. I have sent an email.

Had to have regular cod chips as they didn’t know what their previous Silver Surfer deal was. Chips fine by fish off colour and very dry inside. Used to be good when it first opened but staff moved on I guess….

Very slow delivery. Paid extra for large chips with royal chicken burger and they looked no where near a large. Paid £4.50 for mozzarella stick and only got 4. Not worth the time or money nether again
