Domino's Pizza - Basingstoke and Deane

I used to have Domino's delivered to my door when ordering, but even though they have expanded and are now open more, they refuse to deliver to my door now. I have to go out and pick up the food instead. It's frustrating to have to order takeout instead of delivery. I had to send food back because I can't leave my apartment. It's disappointing that this restaurant doesn't deliver as often as it should.

I ordered from Dominos located in the city center. When my order arrived, some items were missing. I asked the delivery driver about the missing items and he said he would check with his team. However, he immediately got into his car and drove away without providing any further information. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but no one answered. I attempted to contact them for an hour, but still did not receive a response. This is extremely disappointing customer service.

I booked a birthday meal at this restaurant in August and the service was terrible. It took an hour for our drinks and appetizers to arrive, and we had to track down our main meal, which finally came to the table. After such a bad start, they gave us the dessert menu but never came back to take our order, so we ended up paying the bill and leaving. It was supposed to be a nice family-friendly night, but it was very disappointing.

I have during ordered and has dominos delivered to my door but even though we are now opening more and dropping from to on the risk scale they are now refusing to deliver to my door I have to come out and...collect which defeats Telmex object of ordering a takeaway rather than popping to shops. Had to send food back as I am unable to leave the flat. AT NO POINT WAS THIS HIGHLIGHTED ON THE WEBSITE To many times has dominios let me down

Not the first time I had bad services from this site. would give a zero if possible. I spend a lot of money here for ordering events and meals. the commands are wrong, the hire of the personal is rude and impersonal. the basis...the recipients must be constantly persecuted. basic service levels are not there from my experience. be just happy with what you get. you will get something
