We approached the desk and asked for a table of 6.. to say “Berry nothing to 8pm”. That was at 6.05 a.m., the restaurant was half empty... so we went online for 6.15 a.m. with open re-entered ... told them we had a reservation, observed “some heated words”. between the staff and we became a perfectly empty table for 6.. only 50mins on our food. That said our server was friendly and apologetic... the food was ok, 2 pizzas, 3 calzones and a Sirloin Steak, that was definitely how it was to think and took hard to be Sirloin! Luckily we have a flavor card so that the meal with a soft drink costs £10 per head, and we were limited for the time because of a cinema booking... Lesson learned book before entering, and use it flavor card, not sure that I would have paid the bill in full, we did not have the discount!

Eating was terrible. The quality of food has been reduced. Don't eat anything like in pictures. Worse than McDonald's

The staff was very nice and the waitress was friendly. The food was bad and not very pleasant and was held by the plates by the disgusting smell of dirty food water! I felt sick to be honest. It was pointed out, waitress who said it was probably the dishwasher! Yuk
