Die Speisen sind von der Idee her mit der schweizerisch japanischen Kombination hervorragend - bei der finalen Zubereitung ist sicher noch Luft nach oben! Das Ambiente top wenn auch von gar unzentraler Lange! Das Personal könnte aufmerksamer und über die Gerichte besser informiert sein.

You can access this building from the Novartis Campus or from the outside, Rhein river side.The location is perfect for a business lunch or for a romantic summer dinner. The food was excellent: they offered three lunch menus with three course for around 25 CHF. I decided for the Swiss-Japanese lunch with exquisite sushi and rosemary sorbet. Best quality for good price. Looking forward bringing more friends to try it.

Food was OK, good average (definitly not more) and the setting is great, directly on the Rhine. But that's about it, as far as positive points go. The outside sitting area is not particularly nice. It looks as if they wanted to do something minimalstic/fancy, but didn't have the money. When we arrived at 20.15 we sat for 20 min before someone came. The lady was nice but her behaviour was strange: she actually told us they do "star cooking", which is somehow embarrassing, especially if the food and the setting do not live up to any such expectations. They also have a sign near the restrooms that in the evening they serve "gehobene Küche". All in all a really strange ambiente. If you want to be good, just be it but don't boast about it. At 21.30, in the middle of the dessert, the lady disappeared and left us sitting there with no drinks, no coffee. She reappered after 20 min, while her colleague had in the meantime closed all the umbrellas and taken away the chairs. So we were left sitting in the dark with our empty plates. Maybe they just had a bad day. But if this is what you get, then I cannot recommend this to anyone.

Es war alles sehr gut. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das japanisch-schweizerische Menu. Da gibt es wirklich Neues zu entdecken.

Sehr zuvorkommender, persönlicher Service, sehr feine und spezielle Kreationen, schön angerichtet, z.B. mit frischem Wasabi, der ganz anders schmeckt als der bekannte aus der Tube. Tolle Architektur und Inneneinrichtung, sehr schlicht aber stilvoll und schöne Lage am Rhein. Damals war leider der Zugang erst über Umwege möglich (abends dunkel und eher ungemütlich), darum hatte es auch kaum andere Gäste. Das sollte jetzt aber nach der Fertigstellung der Baustelle besser sein.
