Ordered from here to be delivered to Pulloxhill but very late several times. Anything between 1 and 2 hours late. Phone up and it 's on the way and will be there in five minutes . Lying all the time. 5 minutes is usually more like 50 but as you 've paid they have you by the short curlies !!In short don 't bother ordering takeaway from here.See all the other terrible reviews as back up.Seems they will never learn.

We ordered food at 5 pm, it took till 6:30 to arrive, wasn’t to worried, it was lovely food although there was 3 egg fried rice missing. So we rang up again to inform them of their mistake, to which we then wasted 15 mins trying to arrange delivery of said rice, to be told we was lying and we had it. We gave them all the proof that we was able to give however we was still called liar. Eventually we told we was told we would receive a call back, no call arrived so rang again to receive the same abuse, we then asked for a refund as rice still hadn’t arrived and meal was completely finished. Eventually it all got sorted and a refund was only given after we showed next driver. Totally unacceptable customer service I usually use the China inn and now will definitely be using all the time from now on.

Haven’t ordered a takeaway for a while, fantastic food, hot delivered on time and great value for money, will now use regularly, also easy to order and always polite Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5
