Wendy's - Bartlett

I have no problems with the food when it is correct but the employees that work there are the rudest and most unprofessional people. I was in line at the drive thru and the car at the window pulls away and I’m next at the window but one of the employees tells me not to pull forward(I do understand that they are trying to keep the time down) which is fine not huge deal but when I see the employees through the window literally standing in a circle laughing and talking, I have a problem. I had already been waiting in line for 20 minutes and then another 10 before they waved me to the window to pay and get my food. Once at the window, I spoke to the lady at the window and said hi, how are you doing tonight. She looked at me and rolled her then closed the window then went back to talking with her coworkers. When I get my food I asked for ranch and as she stated “we ain’t got any” then closed the window and walked off. I was going to ask for straws for the drinks but I realized I wanted to much from them. I’ll definitely remember that Wendy’s doesn’t need my business.

Gahhhdamnnn I think this is the slowest Wendy’s by far. EVERY time I come we wait in line for at least 30 mins. I don’t know if they’re in there playing or what, but this is unacceptable. I know staffing is hard, and no one wants to work, but this is terrible. Today is my last day coming back here. DO BETTER BARTLETT

I know they better start making breakfast better usually there pretty good but today my wedges were not hot and my breakfast biscuit was undercooked! they need to tighten up ASAP

Wish I could give zero. Went into restaurant with my family. It was freezing. We to the car for extra coats and we’re still cold.Waited at counter for over 10 minutes while the workers joked around with one another and ignored us. The restaurant was empty—guess I know why. We left, too.

This Wendy's is the slowest one I've been to. The line is always long because the workers move so slow . They tell you to hold on eveytime you are ready to order . I'm the only one in line now and I've been waiting for 3 minutes at the box .
