Pilot Travel Center - Barstow

This place is pretty good. The service is good and speedy. The place is also very clean, including the showers. My only issue is putting the damn AC on full blast while it?s December and it can get as low as 38 at night. Like I understand summers areunbearably hot in Barstow. But it?s not summer anymore.

I came to put gas I had a $110 in $10 bills I wanted to let the manager on duty do it through the register and he very rude and too lazy to take the cash &insisted on me to doing it through some new machine that wants your lifes information. I'll nevercome here again This place is a joke

Small lot but decent place. Shower was hot, coffee good, lot islands clean

Ms. Pamela treated my friends and I with the utmost respect and made sure we were taken care of, even with her own issues going on in her life, she provided us with a cool place to charge our phones when we were stranded, fed us and made sure we were takencare of each day we sat in the subway and walked around the pilot/subway. Being 2 states and 14 hours from home was a shellshock, and while it was a hectic trip, I will never forget the kindness shown to my friends and I while we were there. Thank youso much for running a clean facility, and allowing people in hard situations to have a safe, cool, welcoming environment whilewe were away from our home.

It?s not good at all except one woman who works front desk showers are very dirty I don?t know why! I even take a pictures but i don?t want post because I?m worry people may scar to go! And I hope it?s get clear because I know pilot proclaimed they willdo more investment to their all locations see you soon pilot fly j
