Starbucks - Barrington

This is by far the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. Dirty seats especially outside dirty tables especially outside dirty floors with coffee stains and food, flies everywhere overflowing trash and disgusting counters and nasty bathroom, the nastiest Starbucks

I've been in several times to pick up orders. This last time, when I finally asked that some acknowledge my presence, I was told that my sandwich was unavailable while my drinks were dying, in a bag. Does anybody know anything about service? Does anyone even work here? Horrible.

Ok, I admit I am typically a small coffee shop type of person, but if I need to go to a Starbucks, this is my Starbucks. Great team at this location. I know you will see comments about understaffed and the like, but that is big business in America these days and not decisions made by the staff in the store. The crew work their butts off here and I have never had a negative interaction. If they are understaffed, they do their best to not let the customer see the strain they are under, and that is from the top down, everyone doing whatever is needed to help the team and customers. Love this starbucks!

Slowest Starbucks ever. No sense of urgency. We asked for a refund.

This is not how a vanilla sweet cream cold brew should look. This has been happening more and more lately. Shrinkflation. Either the portions are off or you are not putting enough heavy cream in the vanilla sweet cream drink anymore. I know you’re trying to put less ingredients into your coffees to see if anybody complains because you are trying to make more money, but I have noticed. I wasn’t able to go back in to get more cream because it was a DoorDash order but best believe me when this happens and it is me picking up the coffee. I will make you put more cream in because you are not going to shrink my drink so you can make more money.
