Harvey's - Barrie

We ordered food at around 6.15pm. Lady at the front was rude and when was asked for suggestions for veg food, she was like how can i suggest , everyone has different taste and I'm not vegetarian so i don't know. It shows lack of training and costumer service. she was staring at us weirdly, it’s awkward. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

All was good except for the tv on the wall was so badly adjusted the blue hue gave me a headache. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Time and time again when I come here your wait is a minimum 20-30 minutes easily. I have had multiple times now where it’s not even busy and my food takes 30 min and is cold by the time I receive it. So much for fast food. Should have brought monopoly to play because I’d be done that before I get my food. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of my most favorite locations of Harvey's. Vry clean with best and quick food service. Their fries are scrumptious with perfect amount of seasoning. I usually drive thru this location but had a chance to dine in yesterday and absolutely loved the service. All the employees seemed really friendly with a special mention of their manager Aariv (i hope i m remembering the name right). He was vry patient to help me ordr from the app and was vry polite. Would definitely be coming back for dine in more often! Thanks

Giving a 1 star coz there's no option for zero! Visited this place for takeout (Drive thru) on Friday, March 15. I ordered a veggie burger meal. Got home and bit into my burger, expecting it to be veggie. Tasted very strange and appalling, nothing like the veggie burger I usually have from another Harvey's location in Barrie! It was definitely not a vegetarian patty! Being a vegetarian, it was a disturbing experience having to bite into beef! No respect for my preferences, possibly religious! I complained about this online through their website. Someone named SHARON said I would be contacted by the relevant person in 2 business days. It's way past that timeframe, nobody has reached out to me! They just don't CARE!
