Terrible experience.. Staff are rude and food was terrible and expensive. Don't waste your time or money. $25 for a teen combo with rings plus a root beer and rings!

My husband and I visited this restaurant less than a month ago.The food was almost cold, my eggs were supposed to be Sunnyside up, and one was half raw, and the other was completely broken and over cooked.The bacon was a slither of rind, the only thing they got ok, was my dry toast.My husband's meal was just as bad, and so was the guest next to us.I did complain to head office, but never got a response.Sadly we will never eat at this A&W again. The food was awful, and just not an inviting atmosphere at all.

Should have gone through the drive-thru and then gone in to eat it. We were the only people inside the restaurant and the food took FOREVER to get.None of the tables looked like they had been wiped and the floors were dirty. You would think for a place that was completely dead inside, it would at least be clean.

Not only did my bf have to wait 45 minutes for his food, they gave him a burnt bun. Not a dark brown…it was burnt black!! He couldn’t finish his burger, what a waste of money. Either pay attention to what you’re doing there, or have respect enough to know the bun is not in any condition to be served to the public! Smarten up!
