Tim Hortons - Barrie Canada

Please go to another tims or just go to wendy’s next door. Horrendous service and atmosphere. One of the worst tims I’ve been to.

Fresh coffee even on a slow and not-so busy day (due to road constructions and dust wind)

This timmies was always our stop before heading upnorth, well that was the last time for us.My wife and my daughter went to the bathroom inside.When they entered the washroom , there was a a person shooting up.Water paper (urine) on the floor , just a mess.When my wife approached the staff about these things the staff member recognized the problem in a silent way.This Tim Hortons needs to have a 24hr security to keep this as a family restaurant and not a druggie station.

Late June 2023, weekday late morning. It is nice to stop before entering downtown Barrie and the waterfront after leaving 400 and Essa Rd. Decent staff and clients.

Ordered products were substandard. We unattended for like 5 mins or more even there were four staffs .
