The building is historical, but the area it's not safe to walk.

It is grim here. not much to see. I went there to scout a location for a photo shoot and it wasn't until after I arrived, that I was told it isn't the kind of place gringos should find themselves in. there is some beautiful street art, but if you go, make sure you're in a large group. or better yet, go with someone who knows the area.
