Excellent ribs, chicken, corn pudding and bread pudding!!!

The brisket is tender, tasty and juicy. The White Chocolate Bread Pudding is buttery and sweet.

Wife I stopped for lunch on Saturday, Dec. 11th. Worst Brisket I’ve ever attempted to eat. Excessively overcooked, extremely dried out. More like leather. My suspicions are that it was old, leftover product. On a side note, they only serve Pepsi products on the fountain drink machine…..in the Deep South of LA….. We use to be regular customers of VooDoo, but no longer!

We got a 2 meat combo with 2 sides. First I would like to say the ribs were so fall apart tender and juicy. The brisket was just so delicious and tender. The fat melted in my mouth. The BBQ sauce was vinegary and sweet but yet with a kick. The Mac n cheese was like old fashioned Mac cheese but creamy and cheesy not sticky and dry.
