French music and the aroma of rich sauces hit you when you walk in. My wife and I had a lovely dinner here for our second anniversary. The Quail and Lamb Chops were delicious.

A French provincial restaurant in the heart of Baton Rouge. What a find!

Went to Maison Lacour tonight to pick up a to go order. It was absolutely the best food I have ever eaten under the circumstances of Covid-19. I had the New Zealand lamb cooked medium rare and an appetizer of smoked salmon with horseradish sauce. The lamb was cooked perfectly and the accompanying sauce was delicious. The smoked salmon was the best I had ever eaten. Great meal!!

We saw great reviews about this restaurant, so my husband and I thought it would be a great place to go for our 26th wedding anniversary. The website said we had to make reservations, so we called four times and left a message to make reservations starting a week before our anniversary. No one ever called back.
