The staff was so friendly!!! Anytime i have gone they are always happy and super nice!! The service is just a good as the food! I love izzos

I placed an online order and I went in early to make sure I had made my directions clear. I ask the lady was she making my order, she quickly dismissed me and sent me to another area. Turns out she was making my order and had she allowed my to speak the order would have been prepared correctly. Then the manager comes over to and proceeds to tell me it’s my fault it wrong, she made it right( sauce on the side all sauces on the side same thing). My advice for the order maker is to allow your guests to communicate with you, this could have been avoided. Also wiping your face with the back of your gloved hand is insanitary. My advice for the manager is refrain from placing blame on your customers and concentrate on resolving the issue. Blaming only makes it worse. I personally will not be returning to this location, I feel as though the customer set is seriously lacking. I’m not sure if they were just having a bad day but the situation could have been handled in a better manner than it was.

Ate lunch outside during my break from work. Food was great!

The street chicken tacos, chips, and queso dip are expensive but delicious. The service is slow during lunchtime so make sure you are not in a rush. The bathrooms are messy. Parking: Parking lot is shared with a hotel.

Good food, good place, nice people. My wife and I eat here a bunch.
