Great variety of groceries. Good prices on all groceries. A very vast selection of beer, wines and alcoholic beverages.

Great beer selection. Liquor selection is meh. Calandro’s liquor managers will hold bottles for their buddies and will lie about their stock. Example: go in when they have Old Carter Rye and ask if they have any others; he’ll say no, what you see is what we have. Wait 15min for one of their buddies to walk in and the manager will retrieve said bottles from the back just for them. Good, kinda gourmet small grocery. Very good beer, wine, liquor selection. Some prime beef offerings. Some local shelf items as well as typical shelf stock. Specialty offerings can be pricy but otherwise competitive. Produce quality depends.

Awesome....the cashiers went out of their way to assist me and they were so pleasant. Its been a long time since cashiers in any establishment have been that kind.

This is one of two locations of this almost historic local supermarket. They usually have a large stock of fresh produce, huge collection of alcoholic beverages, meat, and fresh seafood, as well as baked goods. There are plenty of gumbo and jambalaya mix brands to choose from. Regular items are a bit overpriced.
