Bidrage med feedbackI ordered pizzas for my group at work and they were delicious! Ali took my order over the phone and was very attentive, even allowing me time to confirm my order. I will definitely be using Domino's in Hendon again.
The restaurant has a limited selection of pizza options and the employees do not wash their hands before making them.
We ordered takeout pizza. When we arrived to pick them up, we were given the incorrect pizzas - we had ordered through the buy one get one free promotion but received one large and one medium pizza. It turned out that one of our pizzas was not ready. When we informed the staff that the order was incorrect, it seemed like they did not believe us. Once it was clear that a mistake had been made, there was no apology. The pizzas were tasty as always, so they deserve some stars, but the service could definitely improve.
Unfortunately Tripadvisor doesn 't allow you to give zero stars because otherwise I would have rated Hendon Domino 's lousy performance as this. We decided to have a lazy Saturday night in and watch a film so having pizza delivered by the most local shop sounded like a great idea. Total fail. My husband ordered the pizzas at 8.10 pm on the Domino 's website and tracked their virtual progress. By 8.45 pm they were apparently being quality checked so it was surprising that they didn 't then arrive within the next quarter of an hour. I therefore tried ringing the Hendon branch and the guy who eventually answered the phone left me hanging for ten minutes twice before the line went dead. I next decided to drive up the road and go and get the pizzas myself. There was a long queue of hungry people being dealt with by a girl who didn 't speak much English. When I tried to explain to her that we had ordered pizza at 8.10 pm and it was by then 9.30 pm, she tried to find our order by looking through a long spool of printed labels before saying that she couldn 't find it and it would now be another half hour to wait because the branch was so busy. I repeated that we had ordered at 8.10 pm so we should be fast tracked and she snapped back can 't you see we are busy? . The shop was indeed busy: total chaos in fact with the food preparation area looking a total mess. No apology was offered to me at any point by the staff and so I chose to walk out, loudly recommending that all the other customers in the branch should do the same. Fortunately, the Sainsbury 's in Vivian Avenue sells pizzas and I heartily recommend their delicious Taste the Difference range which was ready in 12 minutes and cost less than half the price of the Domino 's pizzas we would have had. NB A Dominos delivery girl arrived at our house just before 10.00 pm and I sent her away as we were about to eat our Sainsbury 's pizzas!
