Terrible food hard chicken cold dry chips not worth the money at all

I went into the shop at Dagenham Heathway red rooster and asked for a portion of popcorn chicken the cost was £3.70 and when they gave me the box I opened it and there was legit 7 pieces of tiny chicken bites in there. Red rooster is a con. £3.70 for 7 little tiny chicken bites. This is not on. Someone needs to go down and check the store out. It’s filthy in there too. Flies flying round and a terrible smell too. Get health and safety down to the store asap. Cos the health criteria there is absolutely disgusting.

I buy a pizza but the pizza is not good in taste. The pizza is average not good so, recommended you not try the pizza.

Extremely busy, no coordination, rude service, terrible food

Their customer service is appalling. They are disrespectful and treat people of colour as if they are not valued customers. They did wrong by us and then made us have to tell them off to get our money back, as for some reason we had to pay before receiving our food(not something they've ever done before!!! They did their best to not refund the money as I believe they didn't know how to do it on the card machine. We eventually got a cash refund.... Will never spend any money there again... Caribbean Fried Chicken is better anyway, the flavour goes all the way through to the bone, so you don't lose the flavour when you remove the skin.... AWFUL PLACE &STAFF!!!!
