bambou bar - Barjac

I've been going to this restaurant for 10 years and it's still a really good restaurant to go. The service is good and efficient while the food is really good (I would recommend the pizza chèvre chaud as it is... my favorite). As for drinks, wines and other classic drinks are really good. However, I would not recommend cocktails because the employees still master the skills.

We stayed on this attractive website for a morning coffee and were so welcomed that we stayed a pizza lunch! Thin pastries and a good selection. The restaurant overlooks its own park with a pretty stream in a bamboo environment.

In a city in the middle of nowhere good food is hard to find. This restaurant has beautiful seating in the indoor and outdoor areas and beautiful food. The staff was friendly even if I was impatient and the food was delicious and compared to all other... Place enough to feel full after that, on only the main dish.

We've tried this place over the years every now and again as it is beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by lush vegetation but time and time again we've been disappointed by the food. During peak season it's always busy with people drawn in by the look...of place and atmosphere but maybe they rely on tourists and not repeat visitors and therefore don't put too much effort into food. My recommendation is if their Bamboo bar is open go there for a drink but eat elsewhere!

As a family of 5 we experienced our worse dining experience in years. Two dishes were returned to the kitchen because the meat was cold (Duck). Staff were also cold, at best indifferent and one was kind of rude. When the dishes were brought back...the duck was still cold. A restaurant thrives on repeat business. This place rips tourists off as a one off and locals don't go anywhere near it. Pizzas were of poor quality and half-eaten. In over 20 years of visiting France this was my worse dining experience. The place is a rip off, dishes not cheap and pride in their cooking is non-existent. Good for my children to discover that France too has terrible restaurants so they don't good food for granted . If you like good food and good service then please avoid this place, it's a con! Restaurants work best when management and staff care about food, ambiance and people not just making money.
