Jeg fik maveinfluensa eller hvad man nu kalder det, når man er sat ud af spillet i min. 24 timer. Jeg valgte tataren og kender den indbyggede risiko ved dette valg, men vælger dog alligevel at have tillid til kokkens håndtering af råvarerne. Det kan ske for selv den fineste restaurant med michelinstjerne, at man serverer mad med bakterier i, men jeg sad dog tilbage med en fornemmelse af at restaurant L'Estanco er lid... Se al feedback.

Well served. The restaurant is nice and the staff.
Small family restaurant, located in the heart of the small bargemon village. The decoration is really atypical. Nothing to say perfect. And the dishes are very good. I found the taste of the dishes of my childhood. I recommend without hesitation if you leave. Parking: It is difficult to find parking in the village of Bargemon. I suggest you park.
Ahhh ISANCO ... an institution in the region! Genuine dishes, genero cuisine, top chef who is a real pro!!! Thanks to thierry and his team... don't change anything!
